Abundance To All Policies & Procedures

The Abundance To All Policy Guide is a helpful reference for Members who want to learn more about the way this community works. It includes a glossary of key terms, ethical guidelines, and the policies that relate to being a Member. Because federal, state, provincial, foreign, and local laws, as well as the community's environment, may periodically change, the Community reserves the right to amend these Policies and Procedures at its sole and absolute discretion. These new revised Policies and Procedures are effective as of February 14th, 2012.

Section 1: Code of Ethics
Abundance To All is a membership community administered by members. We are a community of likeminded individuals who share the "common unity" of interests, desires, and goals. Every Abundance To All member is expected to practice the following ethical behavior while participating within the community:

  • I will be respectful to other community members.
  • At all times, I will conduct myself in an ethical, moral, and legal manner.
  • I will not engage in activities that would bring disrepute to Abundance To All, any Abundance To All Administration team, or other Abundance To All community members.
  • I will not make discouraging or disparaging claims directed toward other Abundance To All members.
  • I will refrain from using any type of slanderous statements, implications, or assumptions.
  • I will abide by all of Abundance To All's Policies & Procedures now and as they may be amended in the future.

Section 2: Your Relationship with the Community

A. You will be bound by any amendments upon notification of the amendments through any of Abundance To All's official channels of communication. Those channels of communication include, but are not limited to, posting of information to the Abundance To All websites, email to the Member, or other publication or email to the Member at the email address provided by the Member.

B. An Applicant/Person becomes an approved Member on the date the Application is received and approved by the Abundance To All Administration Team.

C. An Application that is incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent in any respect or filed in the wrong country will be invalid and of no force or effect.

D. The Community expressly reserves the right to terminate immediately any Member, if the Community determines that false or inaccurate information was provided by the Member or if it has been determined that the member has in any way abusing Abundance To All system.

E. Abundance To All cannot be responsible for delays in the processing of Member Applications.

F. You must be of legal age in the state or country in which you reside in order to be a Abundance To All Member.

Section 3: General Information

A. Abundance To All does not give tax or legal advice. The Community will take no responsibility for any Member's responsibility of federal, state, provincial, local and foreign tax obligations. It is the responsibility of the Member to determine his tax obligations to federal, state, provincial, foreign or local institutions. The best way to determine tax liability is to consult a certified accounting professional regarding this matter.

B. Abundance To All/ATA offers a unique and positive way for like-minded people to be a part of a community that believes in being an advocacy for good and having the willingness to become proactive in this effort using the tools such as the Circle of Good system that ATA provides.

C. By joining the Abundance To All/AT community through our Circle of Good system or otherwise you have given ATA permission to communicate with you email, broadcast, etc. You can at any time unsubscribe but in doing so you are also waving membership in our community.

Section 4: Regarding Third Party Sites

Abundance To All may contain links to other websites. We are, of course, not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. ATA cannot be held accountable for any actions of any third party site(s). We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. Section 5: Disciplinary Actions

If a member of ATA violates any of the Policies & Procedures, or engages in any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct, we may, at our sole discretion, invoke any disciplinary action that we deem appropriate. In most instances this will mean termination of the Membership in Abundance To All and loss of all benefits and privileges.
